The Blow Molding IML Machine recently introduced by our factory is the ideal equipment to solve the needs of packaging aesthetics, efficiency and integration. The traditional bottle printing or labeling process often has problems such as many manual steps, inaccurate labeling, and easy falling off. This Blow Molding IML Machine cleverly integrates the labeling process into the blow molding process - before the preform cools down, the label with hot melt adhesive is adsorbed into the mold cavity through a preset robotic arm system. As the blow molding proceeds, the hot melt adhesive on the back of the label is melted at high temperature, so that the label is firmly attached to the surface of the bottle. This method not only greatly improves efficiency, but also makes the finished product look like a "native" pattern. When I first saw its finished product, I was really surprised.
This machine can work with a three-axis or five-axis robot, and can remove the product from the mold in as fast as 1.5 seconds. What makes me even more satisfied is that it requires very little space, and we put it into production smoothly without making any adjustments to the original production line layout. As an equipment supplier, we know that customers are most worried about downtime when upgrading their production lines, and our machine is truly "plug and play", seamlessly connecting to existing blow molding equipment.
Our customer base comes from many industries such as food packaging, cosmetic bottles, and personal care products. I found that in-mold labeling technology can bring considerable competitive advantages, especially in areas with strict appearance requirements and high brand recognition. The product is a highly finished product as soon as it comes out of the mold, and no secondary labeling or heated shrink film is required, which is very helpful in enhancing the brand's professionalism. In our own projects, it has replaced the traditional three-stage process, saving nearly 30% of labor and site costs.
