As the blow molding proceeds, the hot melt adhesive on the back of the label is melted at high temperature, so that the label is firmly attached to the surface of the bottle. This method not only greatly improves efficiency, but also makes the finished product look like a "native" pattern. When I first saw its finished product, I was really surprised.
This machine can work with a three-axis or five-axis robot, and can remove the product from the mold in as fast as 1.5 seconds. What makes me even more satisfied is that it requires very little space, and we put it into production smoothly without making any adjustments to the original production line layout.
